Purposes of this email are to provide TWO categories of information described below:

1. Exact home address, driving directions, parking instructions and map

2. Telephonic communication methods.

3. Follow driving directions and parking instructions.

STRONG ADMONISHMENT NOT to "think for yourself." Please do NOT disregard these very EXPLICIT Driving Directions AND Parking Instructions.

The Objective and Mission here is to get you to MY HOUSE --and NOT my neighbor's--in the easiest and fastest way possible.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Please call when you either/both:

a) Turn FROM Braddock Road ONTO Burke Lake Road

b) Turn FROM Burke Lake Road ONTO Burke Road (you’re less than 5 minutes away)

2) My house is the FOURTH HOUSE ON THE LEFT.

a) Start counting as “House 1” the white house on the left-hand side and AT THE CORNER OF Barnstable and Duxford

3) Please park in my driveway. My house is IN the cul de sac.

You will "probably" be off by two houses IF you DECIDE TO rely SOLELY on GPS (<hint> and DECIDE to disregard these instructions). See attached photo of house. My mailbox has three lab puppies on it. My black Acura Integra (with Green-White license plates) is parked underneath the carport.

4) Please, PLEASE do NOT park either:

a) In front of any of the house of any of my neighbors OR

b) Accidentally pull into or accidentally begin parking in the driveway of the house of any of my neighbors (it’s not me;it’s some –but not all—of my neighbors.

5) My mailbox has a magnetic cover on the mailbox with Three Lab Puppies on it (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE FILE).

The car in my carport has green-white license plate.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Get on 495 West (to Tyson’s Corner)

Take Braddock Road West (EXIT 54B-A to VA-620/BRADDOCK RD")

SAFETY: Be careful of merging traffic
Exit 54A is on the right IMMEDIATELY after you travel underneath the overpass.
Follow up the clover-leaf until you get onto Braddock Road West
Travel about 1.5-1.8 miles until you get to STOPLIGHT for Burke Lake Road

Landmarks you’ll pass while traveling WEST on Braddock Road West are:

1^st SL [Queensbury Avenue] >On Left is "Ravensworth Shopping Center" (with Safeway grocery)
Power Transmission lines running north-south in a low-lying area [Accotink Creek]

After you come to the SL for Southampton get in far-left hand lane.

Next stoplight is Burke Lake Road.

At o’clock position you’ll see sign “KINGS PARK” shopping center. You’ll be making a LEFT onto BURKE LAKE ROAD

LEFT onto Burke Lake Road (travel on it for about 1.4 miles).

Landmarks you’ll pass

RIGHT SIDE: Shopping center with CVS pharmacy, Giant food store & McDonald’s
Pass Intersection-Stop Light Rolling Road
RIGHT SIDE: Bank of America and then Fairfax County Branch Library
RIGHT SIDE: Lake Braddock High School

Get in far-right hand lane as you’ll be making a RIGHT at STOPLIGHT for Burke Road (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE BURKE LAKE ROAD YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON)

RIGHT onto Burke ROAD

Travel about 0.6 to .0.8 miles until you get to Ashbourn Drive (which is at bottom of hill)
(You’ve gone too far if you’ve come to the STOPLIGHT at top of hill for GUINEA).
Landmarks you’ll pass:

Road will slightly curve to left
Observe a number of townhouses on left and right-hand side
Stoplight for LAKE BRADDOCK DRIVE

At 11 o’clock position up on hill you’ll see beautiful white house).

NEXT AVAILABLE RIGHT HAND STREET BEFORE the STOPLIGHT AT THE TOP OF THE HILL is Ashbourn Drive where you’ll make a RIGHT
You’re going to make “Three RIGHTS & 1 LEFT-HAND TURN” to get to BARNSTABLE COURT
RIGHT onto Ashbourn Drive

Make next two FIRST RIGHT HAND TURNS

Travel 0.1 miles. FIRST RIGHT onto Kirkfield Rd
Travel 0.1 miles. FIRST RIGHT DUXFORD PL
